But writing has always existed alongside something else for me — a deep belief that ideas only change things when they reach people. That's what speaking does. That's what this page is about.

I've spent thirty years at the intersection of human pain and human resilience. I've led organizations through crisis, sat with people on the worst days of their lives, and lived through a very public professional collapse — and come out the other side with something to say about all of it.
